ASO Tool provides an App Store Optimization platform that includes:

• Keyword research and analysis tools
• App tracking and management
• Competitor analysis features
• Opportunity finder tools
• Top charts and app rankings data

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers (Free, Monthly, Yearly) offering varying levels of access and features.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account.

Free Tier: Limited access to certain features with monthly search limits.

Paid Tiers (Monthly/Yearly): Full access to all features based on the selected plan.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without explicit permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ASO Tool and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any apps, keywords, and data you add to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Third-Party Content: The Service may display app store data from Apple Inc. Such content is used for informational purposes and remains the property of their respective owners.

The Service uses data from Apple's iTunes Search API and other third-party sources. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data.

You agree not to hold ASO Tool liable for any decisions made based on the data provided through the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any downtime or technical issues.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASO TOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
